Chandler

Description

Chandler came to life in February 1916 with the arrival of an American industrial named Philadelphie Percy Milton Chandler and his brothers. He founded the Pulp and Paper mill that became the groundwork of this town.

Chandler is west-bound by the Rivière du Nord and stretches east up to the tourist information office. It is bordered north by the forest and south by the sea.
